Standard shipping is $10, this usually takes 5-8 business days once your order is sent.

Express shipping is $15, this usually takes 1-3 business days once your order is sent.

There is an option during check out if you wish to have your order rushed plus express posted.

Yes! We offer click and collect from our location in Pimpama, QLD.
To collect an order, please place your order online and select Pick Up at the checkout.

Orders can be collected weekday mornings between 9:30am – 11am.

We only send proofs for custom orders. All standard orders on the website are made in the same fonts as shown in the pictures. Different names will end up showing different sizings and we will contact you if the usual font on a topper doesn't suit a name.

Our products are not toys and therefore we don't recommend that you use them for a cake smash. Please supervise children at all times near your cake topper when using on your cake and do not allow them to play with it.

Please note cake toppers are flammable so please ensure that candles are not placed directly next to your topper.

Do not use any cleaning products on your toppers, any liquid will affect the mirror finish. If you need to clean your topper please just just use a soft microfibre style cloth.

Acrylic products are delicate, please do not drop them.
